The drum solo is one of the most exciting parts of any belly dance show. This workshop is designed to teach shimmy technique and traveling combinations set to various popular rhythms. Dancers who take this workshop will learn drills that strengthen and isolate the hips, so that layering techniques can be incorporated. This class is geared toward dancers of all levels.

Kahreen & Kira have received lifetime achievement awards from Zaghareet Magazine, MECDA and the World Wide Foundation for Humanity.
